02. Can VAAPSCARE Logistics provide all necessary (customs) documents?
Yes, we can. We gladly assist you with the various import and export documents you need when shipping your products.
03. How do I calculate the volume weight of my shipment?
In Inches: Length x Width x Height divided by 166 = Your volume weight in lbs
In inches: Length x Width x Height divided by 366 = Your volume weight in kg
in CM: Length x Width x Height divided by 6000 = Your volume weight in kg
04. Can I Track my goods once I ship them with you?
Yes. We will provide you tracking information for your shipment but also provide you updates via email once they are on their way until they arrive at destination.
05. Where and when can my shipments be collected?
